• Budget – calculation of project roles and specialists needed for completion
• Scope – scope of work verified by both sides as a frame for delivery
• Time – roadmap of delivery with all phases and key milestones
• Acceptance criteria – framework for correct acceptance process

We use agile techniques during delivery process, that you will be provided with:

• Backlog plan for each phase of project (optimum 2 week sprints)
• Regular demo of completed work
• Project status reporting
