We provide customer with a team set for specific project/assignment of software development consisting of agreed number of specialists in each role.

Focus

Team is dedicated/budgeted to the project with full capacity and focus.

Leadership

Team performs at least these basic agile principles:

  • A Scrum Master (provided by us) leads the team
  • Customer (at least a Product owner) is a part of the team (not full time, just takes part in the ceremonies)
  • 2 week sprints
  • Standups/Refinement/Planning/Demo/Retro are minimum ceremonies shared with Customer

Transparency and controlling

All project information is stored in Jira (may be Customer’s JIRA) and accessible 24/7:

  • scope: epics/stories/tasks
  • documentation
  • project roles and users
  • communication among project roles
  • project backlogs, sprint backlogs and progress/burndowns
  • logged hours for tasks
  • the code is committed to the repository of Customer

Acceptation and billing

  • Acceptance of Sprint deliverables after Demo by Customer
  • Billing of hours spent (logged) for a sprint
