In 2021, VSE has set a goal to completely redefine and redesign the existing customer zone for both household and business customers.
As Aston has been providing utility services for years, domain knowledge was a key element in understanding products, customers and specific interactions.
Two business objectives
The goal was to define a completely new user experience for users and create more customer interactions to enable digital sales of all products and services.
Digitalizing sales was the main goal of the project. The first task was to create an attractive user interface and the best UX in the segment. The second was to build a strong enough architecture based on MS Azure, Microservice architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka, Liferay CMS and MS D365 CRM platform to be ready to serve more than a million users with excellent performance.
Online anytime anywhere
As part of the system enhancements, we also created a fully responsive design for mobile and tablet versions without any usability limitations. As a long-term partner, we develop the system and provide support for it at all necessary levels.
